Agents who respond to your request operate their own businesses and are not employees, agents, or franchisees of this Site.
All insurance agents connected through this Site are independent. This Site does not warrant or guarantee any quote, coverage, premium tax credit amount, or policy offered by any agent. It is your responsibility to verify that an agent carries the license required to sell insurance in your state. Any persons depicted in images or illustrations on this Site are for representation only and are not agents listed on this Site.
Submitting a request through this Site does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be approved for coverage, qualify for a premium tax credit or other subsidy, be eligible to enroll outside an open enrollment period, or receive any particular price. Coverage, subsidy eligibility, enrollment timing, and pricing are determined solely by the Health Insurance Marketplace, the insurance carrier, and/or the agent you work with, and can vary by state, household income, household size, and time of year.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Site is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from quotes, coverage, subsidies, or policies offered by an independent agent you were connected with through this Site. Your engagement with any agent is solely between you and that agent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false contact information, attempting to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
